Basic Search options
The following options are available: Select a NetSupport product - Select the appropriate NetSupport product from the list or choose "Any Product" to find technical documents for all NetSupport products. Select an Operating System - Select the appropriate Operating System or choose "Any" to find technical documents for all Operating Systems. Using - Specify how the knowledgebase should search for words entered in the "Search for" box. Select one of the following options: All words entered - Shows technical documents that contain all of the words in the "Search for" box. Exact phrase entered - Shows only technical documents that contain all of the words, in the exact order entered. Any words entered - Shows technical documents that contain any of the words typed, in any order.
Searching for a Technical Document by TD number
In the "Search for" box, enter the technical document number (For example, type TD123)
